Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessionalto support the educational and behavioral needs of our students.
In this role, you will work closely with educators and other professionals to implement behavior plans and contribute to creating an inclusive classroom environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct support to students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Utilize behavior management techniques and strategies to promote positive behaviors and social skills.
- Collaborate effectively with teachersand parents to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Qualifications :
- Compassionate attitude and a commitment to promoting the well-being and development of students.
- Must have 1 on 1 or behavior tech experience
