Volt is immediately hiring a Receptionist to work in Oceanside, Ca.

Experience, Resume, & Interview

7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday & OT

$18.00 - 20.00 / hr

As a Receptionist you will :

• Have good communication skills
• Personality to welcome visitors
• Responsible

This is a fulltime temp to hire opportunity

The ideal candidate will have :

• Ownership of conference room, cleaning and booking it
• Distributing the mail, sending out FedEx envelopes
• Preparing new hire packets
• Employee communication - Canva is the tool they use (knowledge preferred but not required)
• Bilingual / Spanish
• MS Office
• HR functions - community programs, sign in sheets
• Someone resourceful willing to find solutions
• For phone calls - take message and pass the message along

Pay range $18.00-20.00 / hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
