Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Assemble structural and mechanical components, subassemblies, and aircraft systems.Utilize manual tools and operations for assembly tasks.

Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and achieve daily targets.

Perform quality checks to ensure components meet specified standards.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Physical Demands :

Work in confined spaces and use a respirator.Carry and lift items weighing between 10-35 pounds.Engage in physical activities including head flexion / extension, handling, kneeling, bending at the waist, reaching overhead, head / neck rotation, standing, twisting at the waist, and walking.

Climb and balance on stairs, ladders, poles, scaffolding, and inclined surfaces.Crawl and crouch (squat) as necessary.

Shifts :

This position requires flexibility to work variable shifts, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, based on business needs.

Qualifications :

Aviation experience or a completed aviation degree is required.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and shifts.

Job Requirements :

Education / experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma / GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.

g. vocational school / Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

7+ years aviation experience required.

1+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, in English.

Experience understanding and interpreting detailed written and verbal work instructions and processes.

Must be proficient in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, etc.

Must have demonstrated strong effective communication, work ethic and sense of urgency for completing assigned task / work.

• Must have the ability to complete the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
• Use a computer in a production environment.
• Look up / read / comprehend technical work instructions, drawings and / or specifications.
