Thisis a fulltime onsite role for an Oracle HCM Technical consultant / Reports Developers with strong proficiency in BI Publisher andOTBI.
The successful candidates will be responsible for developingand maintaining reports to meet the businessneeds.
Requirements :
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems or a relatedfield.
- Provenexperience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant / ReportsDeveloper.
- Proficiencyin BI Publisher andOTBI.
- Strongunderstanding of Oracle Cloud HCMmodules.
- Adviseclient on options risks and any impacts on other processes orsystems.
- Assistthe Oracle HCM Functional Team in making the changes to make surethe Application works in the FusionEnvironment.
- Experiencein HDL Fast formulas Extracts and BIReports.
- Experienceof Migrating data for Projects from legacy systems of theclients.
- Assistclient in preparing validation scripts testing scenarios anddevelop test scripts for Fusion HCMprojects.
- Expertisein RTF Excel ETextTemplate.
- Strongknowledge required in SQLPL / SQL.
- Goodhands on BIP & OTBI DashboardReport.
- Experienceon Oracle Report Tool Extract OIC Personalization &Customization.
- Excellentproblemsolvingskills.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills
KeyResponsibilities :
- Developand maintain reports using Oracle Cloud HCM BI Publisher andOTBI.
- Collaboratewith business users to gather and document reportingrequirements.
- Troubleshootand resolve issues related to report development andusage.
- Ensurethe performance quality and responsiveness of thereports.
- Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to define design and implement newreportfunctionalities.
