Job summary
Specialty Doctor in Radiology
LNWUH NHS Trust is looking for dynamic and motivated radiologists to join a team of 59 consultants, two staff grade doctors and 23 registrars working collaboratively across the three sites to provide high quality imaging service.
The successful candidates will contribute to the broad spectrum of work undertaken by our team with a focus on subspeciality work as detailed in the job descriptions.
The posts have been made available due to the newly developed Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC). The CDC is based at Ealing Hospital and aims to provide a wide range of imaging facilities with brand new state of the art equipment, serving patients from the London North West Sector.
Post-holders will be expected to cover activities on other sites as required. Commitments will include relevant MDTs, imaging-guided procedures, plain radiograph, CT and MRI reporting.
Main duties of the job
General responsibilities will include acute, elective and on call work. Teaching and training are actively encouraged. There will be an on-call commitment which will include weekend working.

The service has expanded to meet rising clinical demand and provides a wide range of diagnostic services using state of the art equipment, much of which has been and will continue to be replaced and upgraded.

- Recognised medical degree
- FRCR or overseas equivalent

MRCP, MRCS or other similar diploma.

Full GMC registration with licence to practice

- Broad based general professional training in general medicine
