Our Entry Level Customer Service Managers lead our team in engagement, sales, discovery, and solutions by engaging with community members and employing their problem-solving skills to provide the most knowledgeable customer service.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Manager :
- Provide excellent sales and customer service experience through direct communication, including answering questions, problem-solving, and suggesting alternatives
- Learn all client product knowledge in order to implement sales processes directly with consumers
- Work with the sales and marketing teams along with other Customer Service Managers to adapt and improve business development practices
- Uphold the confidentiality and professionalism requirements that our client partners expect during the customer service and sales processes
- Other general responsibilities as assigned
Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Service Manager :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is not a requirement but is a plus
- 1+ years of experience working in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality
- A student mentality and willingness to learn
- Must be passionate about working with others
- Ability to work individually and as part of the sales and Customer Service Management team
- A drive for professional growth
