The Senior Business Process Manager will be responsible for identifying business needs, gathering requirements, implementing changes, and developing test strategies for the changes across various technologies.
This role requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional who possesses the leadership skills necessary to guide cross-functional teams toward the successful implementation of emerging technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for proposed solutions
- Demonstrate an ability to understand and apply technical information and use it to solve problems
- Think logically and methodically, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex concepts into simpler tasks
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related area of study is preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to learn and develop a strong understanding of business-based technology platforms
- Extended hours and some weekends are likely during project deployments and testing phases
