Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Digital Strategy : Independent & Lifestyle, the Manager of Marketing & Digital Strategy is responsible for enhancing the company’s use of on- and off-line marketing channels to improve market share and drive revenue performance for all hotels and outlets within assigned portfolio of hotels.
- The selected candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who is responsible for brand strategy and stewardship; omni-channel marketing strategy and execution;
- oversight of the hotels’ digital presence and experiential storytelling; delivery of data-driven paid media results; email marketing;
and public relations, social media, and reputation management strategies.

Responsibilities
The Manager of Marketing & Digital Strategy owns the development of the marketing roadmap for the portfolio and oversees its execution.
It is responsible for the development, management, and execution of marketing and branding initiatives including reporting, analytics, advertising, marketing plans, collateral, videography and photography, and market research that maximizes exposure to achieve budget, increase revenues and meet market share targets.

Required Experience
- 4-year degree required
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital strategy, branding, public relations, etc.
- Marketing and / or Digital / eCommerce experience with independent and / or soft branded hotels
- Proficiency managing paid media campaigns and strategies.
