Job Responsibilities
As an ERP Systems Administrator you will play an integral part within our client's Information Technology Department. This position is a one year term contract that will perform daily operations within the ERP system in support of core organizational functions.
Specific duties in this role include :
- Releasing, monitoring, and troubleshooting ERP batch processing
- Level one support to customers troubleshooting batch processes (time and attendance, leave accrual, data warehousing, etc.)
- Electronic uploads of payroll and finance checks and financial transactions
- Escalating persistent issues to tier 2 or 3 support
- Updating daily production control logs
Requirements
We are looking for an ERP Systems Administrator with strong organization, documentation, and prioritization skills. You will be able to adapt quickly to changing schedules, and work well with interdepartmental teams as well as independently.
Specific requirements for this position include :
- Minimum of 3+ years experience
- Customer service experience
- Training in information technology, computer or application operations preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization
