SAFETY MANAGER
Description :
We are seeking an experienced Safety Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction safety, with specific experience in data center construction and crew management.
The Safety Technician will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols, conducting safety training, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and protocols for data center construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites.
- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
- Provide safety training and orientation for all employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with project managers and crew leaders to ensure a safe working environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for all safety-related matters on site.
