Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Strategic Insight : Understand the intricacies of our key accounts, their industry, and business operations to provide tailored solutions.
- Revenue Growth : Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and ensure a high renewal rate.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem Solving : Address any issues or challenges faced by the client promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
- Reporting : Monitor account metrics, provide regular updates to senior management, and continually refine strategies based on feedback and results.
- Contract Management : Oversee contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals.
