We are conveniently located off Route 9 in Framingham, Massachusetts, close to routes 90 and 495 in a spacious modern office with a workout center available right in the building!

Responsibilities
- Provide front desk and reception support, greeting employees and visitors in a friendly manner.
- Prepare slides and handouts for senior staff.
- Provide trade show support including shipment of marketing materials and applicable paperwork.
- Assist members of the executive team with project work.
- Set up meetings and manage executive calendars.
- Manage office access card program : distribute new and replacement access cards to employees, communicate card updates to building management.
- Order food for meetings.
- Ensure office kitchens are fully stocked.
- Organize offsite meetings including our annual holiday party and annual barbeque.
- Provide additional administrative support including data entry to other departments on request.
- Maintain office photo board.
- Assist with company event planning and execution.
- Send employee flowers and gifts for special occasions and congratulatory cards for work anniversaries.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently with good judgement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) applications and others as required
