- Routine cleaning of facilities and grounds to ensure safety and a respectable appearance.
- Move furniture and fixtures as required. Set up and take down equipment for meetings.
- Ensure proper lock out tag out procedures are followed consistently when needed.
- Receive, log, and provide follow-up on all maintenance requests from other departments.
- Support any on call needs for alarms, and emergency call outs.
- Perform as needed repairs on all maintenance equipment and utility vehicles.
- Independently perform carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and painting tasks as required.
- Perform and document routine periodic inspections for building equipment and systems, as well as safety emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and other equipment.
- Must be able to complete & log preventative maintenance on any items identified during the inspection, without supervision.
- Use a Maintenance Management System to effectively complete and track both corrective and preventive maintenance work activity.
Set priorities for effectively managing workload. Will work with the Facilities team members, internal and external customers to develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and schedules as appropriate for the maintenance of the facilities and related equipment.
