Recreational Therapist - PACE / ElderPlace (MLK) Seattle, WASchedule : Mon-Fri, Day shiftJob Description : The Recreational Therapist provides a variety of therapeutic social, recreational and diversional events for participants.

Conducts individual assessment to identify the participants' individual interests / needs. Develops and implements an appropriate variety of individual and group activities.

Participates in interdisciplinary care planning. Coordinates the recreation documentation for her / his assigned group of participants.

Assists with training and supervising assigned volunteers and / or youth job program assistants / student interns and their activities.

Leads facility-wide participant-centered events.Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible through clinics, home visits and more.
