• 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm
• Flex time off, 3 weeks starting PTO, 13 paid holidays

• 4+ years’ experience of improving service quality in HR operations or shared services
• Highly knowledgeable in best practices in HR service delivery
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize service delivery processes
