Registered Nurse / RN

Starting Rate $57.20 / hour

Full-time - 40 hours per week; weekends rotation

Shift Schedule : PM Shift 3 : 00PM - 11 : 30PM

This includes the Frank Residences, offering luxurious assisted living and memory care services; the Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center, featuring long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and an acute psychiatric unit specialized in mental healthcare for older adults over age 55;

and the Jewish Home and Senior Living Foundation.

What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse :

Utilize your outstanding clinical skills while you are responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive, individualized resident care.

• Initiate a plan of care based on patient issues at admission; review and update care plan based on ongoing assessments
• Responsible for the administration of treatments and medications
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions such as discharge planning and resident teaching as needed
• Act as a resource person for LVNs and CNAs
• Assume delegated responsibilities for the day-to-day management and supervision of the unit in the absence of the head nurse.

Assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned

For you to be a successful Registered Nurse :

• Current and active California licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Two years of acute or long-term nursing experience preferred
