Benefits :Levis Building Components, a leader in the metal roofing accessories industry is looking for the right person to join our expanding team.
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to perform the following tasks :
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Ensure order fulfillment accuracy
- Box up picked orders.
- Keep a record of completed orders.
- Manages pick ticket orders.
- Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color and quantity.
- Stages items correctly for delivery.
- Shrink wrap products to pallets
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Packs warehouse orders as necessary.
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe warehouse, upholding all compliances and safety regulations.
- Operates scanners so the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Performs other Warehouse Duties as needed
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills :
- Double checking, accuracy
- Previous forklift or pallet jack experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting
- Proactive and forward thinker
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend over, and lift for +8 hours
- Be able to work quickly and methodically
