- Organize and Maintain Training Materials : Ensure all internal training materials are up-to-date and continuously reviewed
- Manage Global Training Calendar : Build and manage the global training calendar for Negotiation Strategy, ensuring timely publication on Pulse
- Create New Training Resources : Partner with the Negotiation Strategist to develop new training resources tailored to team and regional needs, requiring internal and external research, creative writing skills, and advanced PPT knowledge
- Track Educational Milestones : Collaborate with Human Resources to track educational milestones and participation for Account Managers and Associates within Workday Learning
- Coordinate with Multiple Departments : Communicate with various departments (Reception, Help Desk, Catering, Security) to ensure effective delivery of all trainings with white-glove service
- Manage Training Programs : Oversee the creation of all training programs within Workday Learning, including training creation, managing enrollment, and invitations to streamline the registration process
- Accommodate International Trainings : Ensure availability during diverse time zones for problem-solving and support
- Budget Management : Forecast, maintain, and balance the budget while meeting the needs of Client Facing groups
Data Research, Integrity, and Collection
- Update Training Participant Data : Maintain accurate records of global Investment Professionals in training participant excels
- Organize Publications and Newsletters : Ensure the most current documents are readily available on Pulse
- Review Closed Sentry Requests : Conduct weekly reviews to identify closed requests involving negotiation, partnering with the Negotiation Strategist for Account Manager interviews to gather insights
- Develop Negotiation Reports : Create quarterly and annual negotiation reports for EMEA and APAC heads, including fee data analysis and qualitative summaries
- Enhance Competitor Profiles : Monitor new hires, identify interview candidates, conduct interviews, collect and interpret information, and input data into the Competitor Negotiation Profile database
- Ensure Data Accuracy : Guarantee meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of data management, understanding the importance of these reports for the Executive Office, regional leaders, and Client Facing leaders
Position Requirement :
- Minimum years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong follow-up and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Desire to learn about negotiation and fees, demonstrating a growth mindset
- Willingness to undergo formal and informal negotiation training, including workshops, reading, and learning-based assignments
- Well-refined communication, business-writing, and creative-writing skills
- Strong presenting skills with a willingness to grow into a training position
