Role Overview :

The Pland Operator is responsible for working with various raw materials in the manufacture of products. Responsible for following specific instructions outlining designated quantities to be used and production times required.

Operates various equipment in the manufacture of products; utilizes basic repair tools in performing routine mechanical repairs;

operates forklift to load and / or unload raw materials and finished products.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

Responsible for combining raw materials, as designated by work order for the manufacture of chemical admixtures.

• Responsible for unloading raw materials, loading bulk trucks and packaged goods with finished products.
• May perform various clerical duties as required.
• Assures that quality standards of the Company are always met.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Follow all appropriate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
• Wears prescribed Personal Protective Equipment and ensures that prescribed safeguards are properly used.
• Notifies his / her supervisor before undertaking a work activity in which he / she is not adequately trained.
• Immediately reports unsafe acts or conditions to his / her supervisor and takes immediate interim steps to protect

himself / herself and others from serious risk.

One or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent

and the ability to understand and follow all written manufacturing work orders and oral instructions, read various

measuring devices and perform basic mathematical calculations

Qualifications :

• One or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required. Be able to have the ability to understand and follow all written

manufacturing work orders and oral instructions . Be able to read various s measuring devices and perform basic

mathematical calculations.

• Wears prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensures that prescribed safeguards are properly used.
• Follow all appropriate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Basic Math skills : individual will need to solve simple math problems, +, -, x, / ,
• to accurately record chemical additions, multiple numbers, record scale / meter readings; along with proficient writing

and communication skills.

• Read and comprehend manufacturing instructions.
• The individual must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds (23KG) throughout the shift and be able to stand for long periods of time.
• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
• Position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent years of work experience.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision in a multicultural

environment

Salary Range - $23.00 - $25.00 hour
