Recruitment and Staffing : Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs.

Develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates who align with company culture and objectives.

Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.

Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and retention.

Performance Management : Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing support and guidance to managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and identifying development opportunities for employees.

Implement performance improvement plans when necessary to support employee growth and organizational success.
