This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, salaried role with performance bonuses

Compensation :
$50,000 - $67,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- World-Class Client Experiences : Expertise in delivering both warmth and professionalism during client interactions.
- Expert Administrative Management : Skilled in processing new business applications and opening accounts with high precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Marketing Event Coordination : Proficient in managing event calendars, confirming registrants, preparing materials meticulously, and scheduling follow-up meetings.
Enjoys socializing at events and has a warm inviting personality. Ability to attend live events after hours.
- Exceptional Communication : Master direct communication so clients feel informed and valued. Proactive follow-ups and timely updates are crucial for building trust and demonstrating our firm’s commitment to excellence and genuine connection.
- Partner Support : As a crucial pillar of our firm, you enable our partners to zero in on strategic priorities, freeing up their schedules to drive innovation and excellence.
Here, your growth fuels our collective journey, making every task you manage a step toward our mutual success. Assist Advisors with pre-appointment requirements.
- Filing : Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system, Update database / CRM.
- Client service work : Process client service requests.
Qualifications :
- Skills : Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, CRM management, Financial account opening, industry knowledge, and financial services experience preferred for the role.
- Adaptability : The ability to pivot quickly and adapt to new challenges and changing circumstances.
- Work style : Can work independently.
- Problem-solving : The desire to tackle challenges, provoke learning, and Enrich relationships. Preemptively anticipating clients' needs and proactively providing what they need in a timely manner.
