Cambria Hotel Downtown Nashville is Seeking a Bar & Venue Manager to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team. Located in the trendy SoBro (South of Broadway) district, our hotel is just steps from some of Nashville’s most famous attractions.

As Cambria’s Bar & Venue Manager, you will help to elevate our intended inspired guest experience by providing leadership to our front of house teams, activating our Lounge, True Music Room and Bar in a way that feels authentically Music City , supporting growing hospitality professionals and cultivating your own professional development.
True Music Room and Bar is a unique bar and dining experience for everyone involved offering nightly live music, walking distance to Historic Honky-tonk Highway, serving upscale American style food like craft burgers, flatbreads and salads.
The drinks are simple but classy, with a mix of Nashville’s finest craft beers and cocktails. Cambria’s Bar Manager is a team player that works with our operations team to provide the best professional, competent and prompt service to our guests and our client partners.
They are supportive and hands-on, to drive their small front of house team and ensure that all guests are beyond satisfied.
Qualifications Key Responsibilities : Manage the front of house operations for True Music Room and Bar. Lead the operational efforts of the bar and lounge teams.
Actively engage with the bar team, guests and musicians in True Music Room and Bar. Assist in the completion of F&B orders in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Manage inventory monthly & places weekly bar orders. Weekly attendance at BEO meetings and other leadership meetings as needed.
Oversight and execution of all bar related banquets events and other banquet events as assigned. Provide training, direction, supervision, and hands on support for direct associates and supervisors to accomplish goals and objectives of the food and beverage operation.
Ensure, direct and facilitate communication, engagement and conflict resolutions as needed by the team to ensure a positive associate environment.
Activate True Music Room and Bar’s experience for our guests by the implementation of innovative program planning and execution.
Partner with our Director of Sales in Marketing to execute robust and engaging events as well as improve brand recognition.
Education and Experience High School Diploma / GED, post high school education degree preferred but not required. Minimum of two years food & beverage supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to communicate effectively verbally. Strong leadership skills. Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time management skills Knowledge of three meal restaurants preferred. Knowledge of Hotel food and beverage operations and room service preferred.

Come join our team! Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $62,000.00 / Yr. - $67,000.00 / Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
