Description :
This position will be responsible for Team building and Management, Estimating & Selling Plumbing Projects and / or Services.
This is a role that heavily focuses on building relationships with personnel and customers to increase sales and optimize efficiency.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Residential management roles
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Ability to estimate Plumbing projects with limited training
- Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple projects
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- High school diploma or higher
