Job Description

Job Title : ExtJS UI Developer

Location : 3 Positions, 3 Locations : Detroit, MI; Carlsbad, CA; San Diego, CA

Duration : 6+ months

Rate : Open / hr

JD :

We are looking for a UI ExtJS Software Engineer to participate in the development, testing, and debugging of web-based UI applications.

Requirements :

• Overall 7+ years of IT experience;
• Prefer working experience of ExtJS 5 or ExtJS 4.2, but any version is acceptable if they have solid UI development experience;
• Strong OOJS, ExtJS , component-oriented design, SASS, HTML 5, UI unit testing, E2E UI testing;
• Good to have Angular.JS skills;
• Familiarity with the modular approach in developing applications;
• Familiarity working with Java and standard ExtJS widgets such as grids, trees, forms, layouts, and other standard widgets / components;
• Experience in UI design and development;
• Solid experience in Sencha Touch or ExtJS (preferably at least ExtJS 4);

Possess one or more of the following skills :

• Ability to think on their own feet and provide strategic solutions for UI design;
• Experience with object-oriented design and programming.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop web-based user interfaces;
• Participate in all phases of product development, from product definition and architecture and design through implementation, debugging, testing, and early customer support;
• Work collaboratively with other engineers and be willing to take on any engineering tasks that contribute to the progress towards the goals of the team and the company.

Education & Experience :

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, a Master’s Degree, or a PhD; or equivalent experience.
