As aNorthStar Direct Support Professional, you would be responsible for supportingpeople in reaching their goals. Eligible DSPs earn quarterly bonuses of up to$1,200! Employees receive annual benefits worth up to $15,000 / year thatincludes 11 holidays (part time receive time and a half for working and fulltime receive holiday pay), paid time off for full time, medical, lifeinsurance, disability insurance, 457 retirement and flexible health spendingaccounts.
