Job Description

The ideal candidate for a Director of Sales Marketing for the Croc’s Resort Casino in Costa Rica should possess a combination of relevant experience, skills, and personal attributes.

Here are the key qualifications and characteristics :

Professional Experience :

Hospitality Industry Expertise : Extensive experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale or luxury resorts.

Proven track record of increasing revenue and market share in similar settings.Regional Knowledge : Experience working in Costa Rica or a similar Central American or tropical destination.

Understanding of the local market dynamics, tourism trends, and cultural nuances.Leadership Experience : Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales and marketing team.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.Skills :

Sales Acumen : Exceptional sales skills with the ability to close deals and develop long-term relationships with clients.

Experience in handling large accounts and negotiating high-value contracts.Marketing Proficiency : Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and traditional marketing techniques.

Ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive occupancy and brand awareness.Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to maximize profitability.

Experience with revenue management and pricing strategies.Personal Attributes :

Requirements
