Financial Institutions Technical Implementation Analyst

What does a great Financial Institutions Technical Implementation Analyst do at Fiserv?

As a Financial Institutions Technical Implementation Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in the Credit Union Solutions Professional Services team, serving as the primary point of contact for credit union clients.

You will lead implementation projects focused on Home Banking and associated products, conversion programming, and forms creation while ensuring client success and satisfaction.

This role involves direct client interaction, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you will do :

• Deliver and execute project milestones throughout the project life cycle.
• Document technical requirements and create / maintain mapping specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify business needs and technical solutions.
• Build strong partnerships with clients, product owners, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality of conversion suite and conduct quality inspections.

What You will Need To Have :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and Oracle Database Updates.
• 4+ years previous experience in IT, Business Analysis, or a client-facing role.
• Comfortable working in development environment.
• Understanding of the Issuing Industry and associated products.
• Ability to estimate effort and impacts on solutions.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.

What Would Be Great To Have :

• A 4-year degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Knowledge of Fiserv production programs and processes.
• Experience in converting to new processing platforms.
