We are looking for talented Product Managers to focus on global markets. You will work with global functional teams to explore and expand the boundaries of TikTok search.
- Responsibilities1. Responsible for Safety and Risk Control of TikTok Search Recommendation with safety strategy planning, monitoring&metrics building;
- 2. Have an in-depth understanding of search recommendation features and strategy, and familiar with risky content; ensure the continuous awareness of risk types, identify content safety issues and provide optimization plans for corresponding content security solutions;
3. Work as a liaison between risk control and business to ensure effective risk management by collaborating with risk control teams, content operations, data analysts, algorithm engineers, and other positions.
- Qualifications1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of PM experience, proficient in data analysis tools; have certain understanding of the business logic of search recommendations;
- 2. Have experience in content ecosystem or risk control strategy; able to be independently responsible for project planning and implementation;
3. Strong communication skills and result-oriented, able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
