Conduct code reviews and promote bestpractices for code quality and maintainability.
Bridgecommunication between offshore and onshore teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers in theteam.
Foster a culture of continuous learning andprofessional growth within the engineering team.
Play akey role in sprint planning estimating and technicaldelivery.
Take part in agile ceremonies contribute ingrooming prioritization and estimation of story.
Workwith various technical teams to improve the software deliveryprocess.
Collaborate with Product Management Architectsand stakeholders to translate business requirements intotechnical
solutions.
Engage with stakeholdersto ensure alignment between business goals and technicalsolutions
Requirements :
Minimum 10years of software development experience
Supply chaindomain knowledge is a plus.
Should have experience inthe customerfacing highperformance application system.
Broad experience in designing programming and implementing largeinformation systems.
Should have good experience inbackend technologies NodeJS using frameworks
Advancedknowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and ReactJS.
Should beextremely good in working with databases (MySQL / MongoDB)
Should have knowledge of Unit Test frameworks
Shouldhave experience in Cloud Technology likeAWS / Azure / Google
Experience using system monitoringtools and infrastructure
Should have very good exposureto Agile Methodology.
Proven ability to lead projectsguide technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
Excellent communication and collaboration capability.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
