Your Key Responsibilities
- Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
- Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
- Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
- Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
- Validate machines and tools.
- Support / enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in an engineering field
- 3 or more years of Engineering experience in a Manufacturing / Production environment
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
