Foster Lawson are partnered exclusively with a $2B Food Manufacturer who are looking to add a Plant Manager to their team in Yuma, AZ.
The ideal candidate will have extensive team leadership experience within a Food Manufacturing setting, as well as being bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Manage plant operations, including equipment maintenance and facility safety.
- Lead and train staff to maintain high performance and adherence to health regulations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
- Monitor production schedules to meet demand and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Control inventory and raw materials to ensure continuous production flow.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product consistency and safety.
- Manage budgets and cost controls to meet financial targets.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Food Manufacturing experience
- 7+ years of team leadership experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
