PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- This clinic is a strong, cohesive team looking for someone truly passionate in Family Medicine to join them.
- This department is in the process of developing a high-quality, efficient service model integrating MD, AP, RN, CA and other support staff.
This model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.
- The team is made up of 5.15 FTE Physicians, 6.20 FTE APC’s, RN, CA, IBH, Pharm D, PSA and 20.47 FTE additional staff.
- M-F; patient contact hours is 36
- Hours 7am-5pm M-F
- Estimated patients per day : 20
- EPIC medical record
- Call After hours, phone only (nights & weekends). Call ratio will be 1 : 6
REQUIREMENTS
- BC / BE Family Practice
- OB requires being a part of a Community-wide, FP OB Call group
LOCATION
- Located in the Duluth, MN area; 150 miles North of Minneapolis / St. Paul
- Service area : Duluth and surrounding areas
- Duluth / Hermantown 95,000
