As our client's Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our client's operations, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
What You’ll Do :
- Be the friendly and professional voice our clients rely on for information about their services and products.
- Handle orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns with a positive and solution-focused approach.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with our client's team to ensure outstanding service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service ideally, 2 years in a clerical role (not retail).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- A can-do attitude with a commitment to going the extra mile for our clients.
- The capability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
