Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain payroll processing systems for accurate and timely payroll transactions
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
Facilitate audits by providing necessary records and assist with Accounts Payable tasks
Required Qualifications
College Diploma in Accounting preferred; Payroll certifications preferred
1-2 years of relevant payroll / accounting experience
Hands-on experience with accounting and payroll software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly intermediate Excel skills
Understanding of payroll journal entries and accounting processes
