We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 and NADCAP standards.

As a Quality Engineer, you will collaborate with various departments to develop, implement, and maintain processes that ensure the highest-quality parts reach our customers.
Our ISO 9001 / AS9100 and NADCAP certifications are driven by our engineering team, and this role plays a key part in upholding those standards.
You will contribute to process improvements, foster innovation, and establish robust procedures to engineer, manufacture safely, and deliver products on time.
Additionally, you will support our commitment to environmental protection. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for continuous improvement.
Essential Functions

- Identify quality improvement opportunities by analyzing statistical methods related to manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to analyze and resolve process issues, driving continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present monthly quality reports to senior staff, summarizing key data and insights.
- Participate in internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with quality objectives and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct inspections and tests on products, components, and processes to ensure adherence to standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Strong experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 and NADCAP standards preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- A proactive mindset focused on learning and continuous improvement.
- Team-oriented, with prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Salary : $60k to $74k / yr
