  • Supporting board room meetings including quarterly meeting etc
  • AV proactive monitoring andcoordinating with EA of Execs
  • VP Concierge service / support,prompt responses and good communication
  • 8 am to 5 pm EST, after office hoursupport can be discussed. Resources to be flexible.

While Mobile Device Mgmt is not in scope but troubleshooting support etc is required.
