Job Description
- Partner with production supervisors and staff to address employee relations issues on the manufacturing floor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Support employee performance management, absenteeism tracking, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR tasks related to payroll, time tracking, and general administration within Paycom.
- Assist with recruitment, coaching, and fostering positive employee relationships.
- Collaborate with leaders to proactively resolve performance and behavioral issues.
- Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to strengthen employee engagement.

The Successful Applicant
- Completion of an associate's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems; Paycom experience is a plus.
- Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency a plus
