Support Grosjean Clinic Reception desk and other duties as required.
Specific Responsibilities This position will be responsible for welcoming clients and families to the clinic, as well as handling client payments, receipts, phone calls, and complaints.
This position will also be responsible for liaising between clients, office staff, students, supervisors, and faculty members, keeping our guests’ confidentiality at the forefront in every interaction.
This position will also be responsible for digitizing and compiling large amounts of data concerning current and former clients, as well as files for current and former students.
In addition to these duties, this position will also be responsible for arranging and conducting tours of the clinic and acting as an ambassador to our community.
They will also be responsible for updating clinic information to reflect the most current protocols and operations procedures, as falls in line with the University as a whole.
