Job Description
- Assess graduates / former trainee's placement readiness, provide appropriate referrals and accompanying support services in accordance with DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements
- Ensures timely placement and retention of assigned graduates and former enrollees in quality jobs, the military, or further education and training opportunities
- Promotes job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor' Degree required
- One year experience in sales, marketing or counseling related services and four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24
- Current valid Driver's License
