Location : Hybrid Schedule - Tues / Wed Onsite in Merrillville; Mon / Thurs / Fri are remote
CST Hours : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM with a 30 Minute Break
Our client, one of the largest U.S. utility companies, is seeking a talented Analyst for their finance organization. This individual will provide a range of duties ranging from customer service to claims support to data entry.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Business or Finance
- Experience : 4 to 9 years
- Experience with Excel
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
Responsibilities :
- Uses independent judgment to handle situations outside standard methods and resolve difficult problems.
- Can also coordinate finance teams efforts and be able to adapt and apply procedures in complex matters.
- Operates more independent, decisions range from those governed by general policy to those on technical or complex issues within authorized limits.
- Facilitate and support the preparation, roll-up, analysis, and review of damage claim packets and associated supporting materials.
