Job Title : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location : Bristol, Indiana (100% onsite)

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth and objectives.
- Provide recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
- Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Manage the preparation and presentation of all financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Supervise the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Salary : $110,000.00 to $190,000.00
