Recruitment & Sourcing Account Manager

Pay Range : $85k

Bonus : $16k+

Goal :

Enhance RiseKit’s employer’s experience through high-touch, low-intensity account management, let them think less and just follow our lead.

Responsibilities :

  • Candidates :
  • Review applicants that apply through job boards and non CBOs.
  • Provide support navigating RiseKit, identifying who is and isn’t job ready.
  • Go through recommended candidates, reject candidates that aren’t a fit.
  • Review recommended candidates from community partners, if we don’t think that they’re job ready, make a note so we can share with their case worker, suggest enhancements.
  • Jobs :
  • Post jobs on job boards to increase the top of the candidate funnel.
  • Optimize JDs to highlight the why us, skills on both RiseKit and external jobs.
  • Review employers' open jobs and post or ask to post them on their behalf.
  • Employers :
  • Reach out to employers with suggestions and calls to action, be the nudge.
  • See above for other responsibilities.

  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Lead with empathy & authenticity.
  • Quick to connect / build relationships.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Influencer, show them what great is.
  • Think big picture, this person may not be the right fit for this, but what about this other thing.

Business skills / strengths :

  • Account management.
  • Recruiting.
  • Project management.
  • Hubspot and CRM management.
  • Prioritization and entrepreneurial skills.
