The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences.

We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Work you'll do

• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
• Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
• Support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance and Helpdesk Operations
• Collaborate with the Scrum Team and Product Owner to groom user stories, participate in sprint execution, identify and resolve team impediments, and be responsible for driving the quality of solution output by their teams
• Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
• Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
• Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
• Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
• Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Participation in the following programs : Salesforce Fundamentals, Trailhead Virtual Bootcamp, and Clicked Experience
• Hold an active Salesforce Certified Associate and Admin credential
• Ability to gather and analyze functional business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com
• Application design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation
• Declarative customization knowledge including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
• Ability to work independently under general guidance
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred :

• Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and / or industry experience
• Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
• Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
