Full Job Description : Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Salary Grade : Business Grade / BG-
Tulsa Public Schools’ existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education / experience and / or years of creditable service.

Position Summary : Provides leadership, analysis, and support in the area of special education Behavior Analysis. Promotes quality and compliance of programs and services to improve student achievement.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education :
Master’s degree in applied behavior sciences, psychology, education or other related
field
Experience :
Three (3) years’ experience working with school-aged children with moderate to severe
disabilities, autism and related disorders, or other developmental delays
Experience and training in performance of functional behavior assessments and
functional analysis assessments, development of behavior plans, training, and use of
emergency behavioral interventions
Experience in developing and supervising interventions and programs based on the
science of Applied Behavior Analysis
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc. :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)
- Possess or ability to obtain a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
