Role Overview :
Seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney to join an outstanding law firm specializing in professional liability, premises liability, personal injury, product liability, professional licensure matters, employment law, general civil litigation and arbitration, and insurance defense.
Responsibilities : .
- 2- 6 years Experience in employment law litigation Defense
- Experience in insurance defense is a plus
- Experience in Preventing, investigating and responding to discrimination and harassment complaints; accommodating applicants and employees with disabilities. (not a deal breaker)
- Experience handling cases in all aspects of defense litigation.
Requirements :
- 2-6 years experience in Labor and Employment Law. (Defense Litigation)
- Candidates will have strong academic skills proven track record in drafting documents, great communication skills.
- 1920 billable hours per year.
