My client seeks an attorney with at least three years of law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm’s insurance defense practice area.
Ideal candidates should have prior experience in all facets of litigation, including case investigation, pre-trial discovery, depositions, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, hearings, and trials.
While experience in handling insurance defense matters is a plus, attorneys who have demonstrated a proficiency in litigation in other substantive legal areas such as family law or criminal law are also invited to apply.

Desired Education and Experience :
- A Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school and a license to practice in the State of Illinois is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of legal practice with demonstrable verdict experience within insurance defense.
- First chair jury trial experience is preferred, but not required.
- Legal research and motion practice expertise.
- Positive-minded and collaborative team-player attitude.
