Salary : $98,000.00 to $120,000.00

Overview of the Controller Role :
- Prepare and review daily financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor budget performance and compare actual results with budgeted figures.
- Manage cash balances, forecast cash needs, and optimize working capital
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications for a Controller :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
