YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY :

TheSuperintendentisresponsibleforaspecificareaofdirecting,training,andadministratingtheefforts for all Subcontractors. The Superintendent communicates on a regular basis with the Project Manager and Subcontractor Divisions regarding projects, project timelines, and project startups and staffing required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

MeetsonaregularbasiswiththeProjectManagerandsubcontractorstoco-ordinatethe standardization of processes and resolution of mutual concerns.

WorkswiththeProjectManagerintheestablishmentofnewhiringprocessesandproceduresfor field personnel.

Schedulingandcoordinationofmaterialtoshiptojobsite.

Overseeandensurethatallprojectsinspecificareaarecompletedtoforecast.

OverseestheSafetyProgramandassuresthatallSafetyStandardsarebeingmetandmaintained.

EnsurethattheFieldStafffollowpertinentgovernmentregulationsandcontract documents.

Assignfieldstaffingthatwillmeetorexceedtheprojecttimelinesandbudgetsinconjunctionwith the Director of Production.

CoordinatewiththeTools / EquipmentManagerregardingtoolsandinventoryasrequiredfor projects.

ManagestheProductionandFieldStaffingTeam foraspecificarea.Isresponsiblefortheoverall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the field staff.

Assistsintheinterviewing,hiring,andtrainingoftheFieldStaffandthesupport staff.

AssistsinthedevelopmentoftrainingprogramsforFieldStaffingthatensuresourCompany excellence.

ConductsareaProductionandFieldStaffmeetingswhenrequired.
