Job Summary :
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for performing various tasks within the warehouse environment, including managing inventory, receiving shipments, and ensuring efficient handling of materials.&
This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
- Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instructions as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Use equipment to move objects weighing up to 700 pounds.
- Follow established timelines to complete work assignments efficiently.
- Frequently stoop, bend, squat, and kneel to service equipment and handle materials at floor level.
Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum of two years of warehouse experience, or one year of experience with our company.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and handle physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time.
- Strong reading, math, and writing skills.
- Ability to follow directions, manage time effectively, and complete tasks within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience handling chemical solvents and cleaners.
- Ability to safely handle heavy equipment and materials using proper tools and safety precautions.
