Construction Project Manager needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Washington, DC

The Big Picture ? Top Skills Should You Possess :

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum five or more years' construction project experience
  • Paying $59 per hour; depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety & risk)
  • Working in front of the Client, i.e. can sell work
  • Follow-up, follow through, and knowing next steps for cradle to grave management of Projects
  • Experience with HVAC and chillers, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical projects

What You Need to Bring to the Table :

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum five or more years' construction project experience
